All major indicators point to this year being the turning point in Real Estate.Values have bottomed out in most areas and bank financing is finally becoming more available to qualified buyers. The recovery of the real estate values around the country is crucially tied to economic recovery for our country so this is great news!  Locally, our market remains small and stable so the impact of a growing buyer sector will be felt rapidly due to the limited supply we always work with here at the beach.  If you are sitting on the fence... unsure when to act don't wait too long.
